[Users] Geopackage problem

I have been playing around using qfield for data entry into a 
geopackage. When I copy the geopackage back to my PC from my tablet, I 
can't seem to edit it. Is this normal? I also have problems copying 
files from the tablet to the PC. For some reason the tablet copy does 
not see the DCIM folder as an image folder.

I am on Windows 10 PC and old Android tablet.
