[Users] Problems during syncronization

Hi all,
while packing my local project prior to sending it to the mobile device, in
the tab "configure current project" a number of duplicated layers pop up,
that do not appear in the layer list (see on the left of the screenshot
attached) nor in the original geopackage where the source layers are
stored.
I am wondering why, and how to purge them.
Any help is appreciated.
