[Users] QField development environment configuration

Hi Jhon,

Actually, opening a project doesn't work on desktop. But you can give it as
argument under the run tab (in project section).

It's not very handy but no one took time yet to fix this feature for
desktop (file picker only available on Android).

Feel free to contact us if you want to get this implemented.
