[Users] QField development environment configuration

Dear QField users and testers,

I configured the QField development environment following these steps:


   1.

   Installation of JDK Version 8
   2.

   Installation of Apache Ant
   3.

   Installation of QT Creator Versión
   4.

   Installation of Android SDK, Api 15
   5.

   Installation of Android NDK
   6.

   Configure the QMLPath


After the installation of each of these components, i opened QtCreator
4.8.1 and try to compile in Desktop Qt 5.11.2, Qt 5.11.3, Qt 5.12.0, Qt
5.12.1 and Qt 5.13.0. When i clicked the Run button, QField desktop opened
but the Open Project button did not work. All other functions operated
correctly.

I want to know if i have to configure other components or what i have to do
in this case?

I work with the last QField version in the branch [qt-5.12.1-no-crystax],
because this one already includes the missing #include
<qgsexpressioncontextutils.h> lines.
