[Users] 2.18 advanced symbology lost in QField

Hi all.
I have exported a project from QGIS 2.18 for QField with the sync
plugin. The advanced symbology based on geometric expression, e.g.:

degrees(azimuth($geometry , geometry(get_feature('my_places', 'fid','1'))))

are not rendered correctly (arrow rotation does not follow the value
resulting from the expression.
Is this a known limitation?
